Refund policy

For online purchases, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on select items within 7 days of receipt.  You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return and get a store credit. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at returns@littconcepthouse.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure the item is adequately packaged for return. Litt Concept House cannot accept responsibility for any items lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.  A 25% restocking fee may apply.  Please note all original shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), oversized furniture, and antique furniture. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, oversized furniture, antique furniture, custom products, or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and inform you whether the return has been approved or not. If approved, your refund will be issued in the form of a gift card or store credit. Please note that this is our exclusive refund method and no refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

Antique Items

We specialize in antique furniture, which means everything is a one-of-a-kind and can be slightly imperfect (Perfectly imperfect to us!). Our antiques items are thoroughly inspected and meet our generational quality standards. The condition is already reflected in the price.
