Not Just Found. Chosen.

Not Just Found. Chosen.

At Litt Concept House, we don’t just stumble upon antiques—we hunt them down, turn them over, understand their past lives, and only bring them home if they pass the charisma test. Kevin and Dina Litt hand-source each piece with a sixth sense born from decades in design, and in Kevin’s case, a childhood spent antiquing before he could even pronounce “Louis XVI.”

We believe in boots on cobblestones, cultivating relationships with local dealers, artisans, and pickers wherever we go. That connection lets us gather not just the piece, but the story that comes with it.

What Makes The Cut

What Makes The Cut

We hunt for antiques with that ineffable something, pieces that whisper stories and stop you mid-scroll. Our criteria?

  • Craftsmanship: Dovetail joints. Hand-carved legs. A patina earned, not applied.
  • Materials: We favor noble materials, solid woods, natural stone, worn leather, and old-world brass.
  • Condition: Not perfect, but perfectly imperfect. Honest wear adds soul.
  • Age & Era: From 18th-century French farmhouses to midcentury Italian villas, we’re era-agnostic but style-obsessed.
  • Rarity: One-of-a-kinds. Limited runs. Regional oddities. If it’s common, it’s not coming with us.
  • Origin: French markets, English manors, Belgian barns, each region offers its own flavor of fabulous.

From Paris to Prague

The Hunt

We source all over Europe and the U.S., with an emphasis on provenance. Wherever we go, we build relationships with the people who know these pieces best, dealers who’ve been in it for generations, local artisans with access to hidden gems, and collectors with tales worth trading. The result? A one-of-a-kind collection backed by centuries of stories.

France

The undisputed capital of patina and charm. Think scalloped drawers, worn velvet, and timeworn textiles.

Belgium

For those perfectly primitive pieces, chunky, quiet, poetic.

England

Rich wood, hunting scenes, and just enough quirk to keep things fun.

Italy

All about drama and detail. Gilded mirrors, ornate carvings, and the occasional piece that makes you gasp.

Holland

Clean lines, painterly details, and that Dutch knack for balancing function with charm.

Denmark

Understated perfection. Sculptural silhouettes and the kind of craftsmanship that makes minimalism feel rich.

Style Stories

A Style for Every Soul

Some pieces speak softly. Others make an entrance. From regal to rustic, our collection spans centuries and styles—but everything we source shares one thing: charisma.

Louis XV & Louis XVI

Curves, carvings, and gilded details that feel like Versailles went on vacation.

Brutalist

Strong lines. Sculptural forms. The drama of restraint.

Primitive

Understated, overachieving. Natural textures with lived-in grace.

Art Deco

Geometry meets glamour. Polished woods, rich tones, and Deco drama.

Continental Eclectic

Not quite one thing. A little bit of everything. The perfect way to layer.

Bohemian & Global Finds

Color, pattern, and soul from far-flung corners and market-side stalls.

Intuition, Runs Deep

Intuition, Runs Deep

Sourcing is a sixth sense. Decades of building, designing, and collecting means we know the difference between filler and forever. If a piece doesn’t make us feel something—it doesn’t make it in. We trust our instincts and the stories told over espresso or dusty warehouse walk-throughs.
