Caitlin's Champagne Cocktail
Servings: 1
Ingredients:
1 ounce of St George Spiced Pear Liqueur
1/2 ounce of lemon juice, freshly squeezed
1/2 ounce of simple syrup
3 ounces of Champagne or Sparkling Wine
Instructions:
1. Add the spiced pear liqueur, lemon juice and simple syrup into a shaker with ice.
2. Shake until chilled.
3. Strain into a vintage Champagne coupe.
